What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is mainly a conversation-based therapy designed to enhance and sustain mental health and well-being. In psychotherapy, the therapist and the client engage in a collaborative relationship aimed at fostering positive changes in the client's thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and social interactions. People typically seek psychotherapy when their thoughts, feelings, moods, and behaviors negatively impact their daily lives, relationships, and overall enjoyment of life.
We help individuals, couples, and groups with counselling, in-person and virtually.
