Counselling can be incredibly useful.  But sometimes we need immediate assistance.  At other times, we need a bit of information or a strategy we can use on our own time.

BeSafe App – created by Mindyourmind.ca (another great resource!) for youth.  This app stores a personalized safety plan and links to local resources.  Available in English, French, and Arabic.

Trans Lifeline – a grassroots hotline offering direct emotional and financial support to trans people in crisis – for the trans community, by the trans community. 1-877-565-8860.
