Kevin earned a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of Calgary after completing a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph. He is a qualifying member with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and has been working at Daya since completing an internship here in 2014.
Working with adults, he strives to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to share their concerns and interact in a therapeutic relationship. Through active listening and unconditional positive regard, Kevin aims to understand the clients’ unique perspective and work collaboratively with them to facilitate their personal growth.
Kevin draws on a variety of therapeutic techniques such as mindfulness-based, cognitive-behavioural and experiential interventions. Kevin is also trained in Image Transformation Therapy (ImTT).
