Jared is constantly inspired by the strength and creativity of the people he works with. He supports adults, couples and adolescents in unlocking their potential and reaching their goals. Drawing from his experience working with people in the health care system, newcomers to Canada and people in the criminal justice system he understands that each person faces unique barriers in achieving their goals. For this reason Jared collaborates with each of his clients to develop a unique and goal-specific approach to therapy. Jared utilizes his training in solution focused, cognitive, narrative, existential-humanistic, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic therapeutic techniques to help his clients achieve their goals. Jared warmly welcomes individuals from the LGBTQI community.
